Why can’t I see a checkout?
Checkout opens from a link created for a specific purchase. Return to the product you want to buy and choose its checkout button again.
How do I know whether a payment is a test?
Test checkout is clearly marked “Sandbox · no real charge.” A checkout that can charge you is marked “Live payment.”
What if a checkout link expired?
Return to the original product and start checkout again. An expired link cannot be reused and does not create a new charge.
What should I include when asking for help?
Send the product name, order reference, purchase email and approximate time. Never send full card details, passwords or one-time codes.
